Return Policy: 1- Return Window: Products must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. This will initiate the return process and generate a return link. The product should then be sent to the CJ China warehouse, as international shipping can take a long time and there’s a risk of damage or loss during transit. It's recommended to contact your CJ agent for guidance before proceeding with a return to avoid unnecessary costs or errors. 3- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. It's suggested to send products back with tracking to ensure they reach the warehouse safely. 4- Refunds and Exchanges: If the return is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items and must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
